The other day I was helping a girlfriend of mine with her website and social media. We got busy working away before I knew it, it was 1 in the afternoon. My daughter peeked her head in and asked if I was going to make lunch. She would have thrown something together for herself, but she knew I had not had a thing to eat and neither had my guest. With nothing prepped, I knew exactly what I would make. The pizza crusts from
bakery are perfect for this exact scenario. I opened my fridge and took
inventory. Fresh Proscuitto from the butcher, cheese, herbs, veggies…. So I
threw together what I call Proscuitto White Pizza. It took me less than 5
minutes to prepare this dish, and 12 minutes to bake. Did I mention it was so
yummy? If you like white pizza, this one is for you!
