Gluten Free Teriyaki Chicken Drumsticks

This new work schedule of Taylor's is killing me. I now find myself cooking 2 large meals a day and somehow trying to fit in work and a social life at the same time. She is the one with the dietary needs and yes, I am slowly teaching her how to do it, but lets face it, she is 18. She works from 4pm to 9pm which completely wipes out the dinner hour. So, I either have her reheat dinner from the night before, and that does not always work because half the time there are no leftovers, or I make her lunch her dinner. I am going over to cook for my girlfriends tonight, so I am making a "Linner" for Tay before I leave. Thank goodness for these Gluten Free San-J sauces. So nice to have easy choices as well.
Time for Teriyaki Chicken drumsticks.

All you need:
Drumsticks
San-J Gluten Free Teriyaki sauce

I took all the skin off the drumsticks and placed them in a large ziplock bag. Pour the Teriyaki sauce over the chicken (It took half the bottle for me because I made quite a few).
Place bag in the fridge and marinade at least one hour. I kept mine in there overnight.
Take the bag out 10 minutes before you are ready to cook.
Preheat the oven to high broil.
Place the saucy drumsticks on a rack that is over a baking dish.
You don't want the meat to touch the baking dish.

Broil 8 minutes then take out of the oven and turn it over.
brush again with the marinade.

Broil another 5-10 minutes until cooked through.
