I loved the multicolor tomatoes, so it urged me to make caprese mini's! Aren't they cute?
The recipe is simple. Baby mozzerella balls, cherry tomatoes, Basil, olive oil, Balsamic vinegar.
Doris was really sweet and she helped me take the stems off of all my baby tomatoes. She loves her caprese!
Use toothpicks to keep them together. Tada!
I drizzled olive oil down one side and balsamic down the other.
